Shipping
Orders are typically processed within a few business days. Delivery from our fulfillment network commonly takes 7–15 business days depending on destination and customs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All packages are fully discreet — no brand name or product description on the exterior.
Returns
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement.
Warranty
All products carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and misuse are not covered. Contact support@noxrosa.com with your order number for assistance.
